Uploading is a disaster.
Not only can I no longer upload vids larger than 100 mb, but sometimes also with smaller files you have to make a second attempt because a file (of i.e. 100kb) is rejected the first time.
It also takes a very long time before an upload becomes visible after uploading.
In short; a disaster.
The admin must take this seriously and do something about it quickly or members will lose interest.

Uploading 100mb has never been a feature here. I cannot think of anywhere where it has been, either. I also don't know what kind of files you're trying to upload when the current size limit works plenty well for clips. If you want to post a whole video then just upload it on Youtube and embed the video in a post. No clip worth posting is 100mb. All I can suggest is that you compress the file so it fits the parameters.

I recognize that there are some ways the site functions which are not very forgiving for posters. Files not loading because of the box moving, the robot, and the limit on posts come to mind. Some of it is a complete mystery, but some of it is intentionally used to curtail spam issues.

Let's be honest here, the Jenny fandom is dying and there's only so many years left for Jenny to be any kind of appealing. To state the obvious, interest in the site is tied to interest in Jenny. The looming flatine of interest in Jenny, because of her unwillingness/inability to make content, will be the death of this site. That's just inevitable. I'm not going to be delusional, and I don't think anybody else should be either, in thinking that there's some marvelous golden future where the site is going to blow up any more than it already has here or back when it was on 8ch. The appeal of this place is to discuss Jen and the gang without censorship of opinions like you'll see on Reddit or Twitter. That's what we provide, that's easily the only reason anybody comes here, and that will be the approach to hosting the site until Jenny finally calls it quits for good.

tl;dr: Abandon all hope, be happy with what you have, wrestle the reply box best you can, and 100mb files should just be considered as never happening. Life sucks, drink booze.
